Severe Trauma to the BNI Sumenep Teller who was Harassed and Then Fired

EA When He was Still Work

What transpired with EA is regrettable (22 years old). EA, a BNI bank KCP cashier in Prenduen Sumenep, experienced sexual harassment at the hands of her superior MS (44 years old).

Because EA refused to retract the report on the alleged sexual harassment made against it, the Pamekasan branch of BNI sacked it even today. Even though the tragedy happened six months ago, EA suffered serious trauma that could take a long time to heal.

Three indications of severe mental disease are currently present, according to EA. the first is when he observes an adult guy who is the same age as the thought's perpetrator feeling uneasy, the second is when he travels along the alternative pathway and feels terrified and doesn't dare, and the third is that he can't be the same person at work as he once was.

"I no longer dare to go about my duties as normal. My thoughts are constantly consumed with their (BNI Pamekasan's) unilateral layoffs." EA was obviously struggling to contain her intense anguish.

The incident that happened to EA is a term that offenders frequently use to describe their actions. EA was therefore uneasy and reluctant to report to work.

"This indecent act was carried out many times by the perpetrator. The perpetrator even tried to kiss me but I avoided it." Show EA.

Day by day the abuse experienced by EA is getting worse. The perpetrator had groped the victim's sensitive area and removed the victim's bra straps and made an indecent demonstration in front of the victim.

"After holding the buttocks, the oral sex demonstration. So he asked me to have sex like that, bro. Besides that, once he took off my bra. The bra was squeezed until it came off. So when it came off, he said, put it on quickly in the room If you don't take a shower quickly, I want to hold it. I don't dare to put it on because he's still there." continued EA.

EA also revealed that previously there were several bank employees who were victims but none of them dared to report the perpetrator's actions because the perpetrator's position was quite high.

Meanwhile, BNI Pamekasan who was contacted by the media could not provide any information. They argued that the obligation to provide information regarding this matter was not theirs.

Until now, the alleged harassment case is still ongoing and is being handled by the Sumenep Resort Police to develop the possibility of naming a suspect for the perpetrator.
